iOS 9 features a great new way your iPhone and iPad can stay one step ahead of you. A quick swipe of your finger to the right from your Home screen and Siri is proactive.
Siri Suggestions give you quick access to a lot of routine tasks you already do on your iPhone throughout the day, without having to open up apps. Siri recognizes different people you call, text, and FaceTime, as well as the apps you would most likely use- at any particular time of day... and then creates a one-click access to it.
So, if you usually call Home at noon, or check the recent News at 3pm, Siri Suggestions will make sure you have quick access to those links at that time of day. She'll also make sure Nearby restaurants, bars, shopping plazas, gas stations are listed for your convenience. Or, use the search bar to find other people, places, and things on your iPhone. Check it out next time you unlock your iPhone.
